It has a longer barrel (415mm compared to the Sterling barrel length of 196mm), rate of fire (600 rounds a minute compared to 550 rounds a minute), and magazine capacity (can accept 30 & 40-round clips, as well as 75-round drums from the RPK, while the Sterling can only take 34-round clips).

Russian Stick Grenade vs Nail Bomb: Both explosives get the edge. The grenade is light, portable, and can be thrown a fair distance. The Nail Bomb is also portable, but has a higher amount of shrapnel & explosive material packed inside, creating a larger blast when activated.

Setup
Cuba, 1961. Fidel Castro and his partner Che Guevara were celebrating their victory over the dictator Batista at Castro's mansion. They had sent out most of their entire squads to celebrate in the city, and to secure the few remaining areas that they hadn't gone through. Only 3 men remained at the house, but neither Castro or Che were worried. The men that stayed behind were some of the best that they had trained, so if anyone did try to attack the mansion, they would have a hard time doing so.
"Hey everybody, come in here for a second!" Castro shouted. "I got something to say!"
Che came into the room, and saw Castro sitting behind a desk, sipping a red wine from a glass. He had his feet up on the desk, and smoking one of his signature cigars. A couple seconds later, two soldiers with AK-47s on their backs stepped inside. Castro motioned them to take some chairs and sit right down. Che simply leaned against the east wall of the office, drinking whiskey from a shot glass. Castro got up, and started pacing behind his desk, looking very content.
Castro began speaking. "My friends, today is a new day for Cuba. After getting rid of Batista, we can now do something with our country, and do something with our people!"
Che and the soldiers in the room raised their glasses in agreement, and took a drink. Castro continued to speak.
"However, we must not forget that our enemies still observe us from afar. We must remain vigilant, and not let the forces of capitalism taint our reborn country. Viva Cuba!"
As if on cue, an explosion rocked the mansion. Castro, Che, and the soldiers's mood immediately turned into a panic. Castro pulled open a drawer, and took his Tokarev TT-33 Pistol. Che had taken an AK-47 from underneath the liquor cabinet, and the two soldiers took theirs off their back. The four men left the office to investigate the source of the explosion, not knowing what to expect.
A minute later, and the group headed into the mansion's garage. There was scrap metal and body parts all over the place, and the shell of a car lied at the eastern end of room. Only a hand, which was still gripping the driver side door handle. The smell of burnt flesh was still lingering around, which made one of the soldiers start to feel queasy.

"Who dares attack a Cuban like this!?" Castro yelled.
Che grabbed a bucket of water that was right next to him, and threw it onto the burning wreckage. A second or two later, and the flames died out. A few wisps of smoke floated up, and revealed the decimated interior. The two soldiers walked right over to investigate the scene, and discovered several nails stuck in the walls of the car. The two soldiers walked over to Castro, and gave their findings. He was puzzled by what they found, and began to ponder who tried to kill one of his own men.
"Castro, maybe it's a good idea to go back inside." Che cautiously whispered into his partner's ear.
"I'm not going to cower when our capitalist enemy's strike so close to home." Castro whispered back. "We're going to find out who did this, and make them pay for attacking a citizen of Cuba!"
As if on cue, gunfire came pouring out of the bushes behind them. Castro, Che, and one of the soldiers ducked out of the way. The other was met with a volley of bullets, causing his body to shake, and fall to the ground.

Castro, Che, and his other man began returning fire. Castro's soldier raised his AK-47, unloading all of the clip into the bushes. He could hear at least two men scream out in pain, and drop to the ground.

"Che, I think I'm gonna take you up on your offer after all." Castro said. He ran right back into the house, with Che right behind him. The soldier stayed behind, laying down some more fire. He hit an extra target that was coming out of the bushes, and the body tumbled as it tripped against a rock. It landed right smack dab on the ground, cracking the skull, and causing blood and brain to ooze out.

The soldier began to turn around and walk back inside, when he felt hot lead go right through him. One bullet went right through his hear, causing it to explode, and killing him instantly. A lifeless expression formed on his face as his body fell to the ground, where he would never rise up again.

Castro and Che were running throughout the mansion looking for some kind of cover. As they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, they passed the emergency armory. Stocked with all manner of weapons, Castro fumbled through his pockets for the key to unlock the door. After a few seconds, Castro found the key, and stuck it into the door knob. With a simple twist, the door opened up, revealing a treasure trove of firearms and explosives.
"Remind me again why we put this in the house?" Che asked?
"Did the gunshots and explosions answer that for you?" Castro asked back.
"Guess not." replied Che.
Castro went in, and picked up an AK-47 that was leaning right against the door. Che spotted an RPG-7 Rocket Launcher in a gunrack. He grasped it, and inserted a anti-personelle rocket right into the tube. The two exited the armory, just as gunfire began hitting the door. Che immediately aimed the RPG-7 right in the direction where the bullets were coming from. The rocket flew like a hawk on speed, and exploded just past where the gunfire was flying from. Castro and Che both heard at least a single scream, but the didn't want to imagine what the body looked like after a blast like that.

"Castro, I got a jeep out front." Che said. "Let's get the hell out of here while the both of us are still alive."
"Then let's leave." responded Castro. "I'm getting sick and tired of getting shot at."
The two men proceeded to go through the house, and out the front door. The weather at this point in time began to take a turn for the worst, as the clouds began to darken, and the wind was picking up.
"Looks like a hurrican is moving in." said Castro as he looked up into the sky.
"All the more reason to get moving." Che responded. They arrived at the jeep, and the keys were already in the ignition switch. Che opened the driver side door, when a bullet pierced his right shoulder. He dropped to the ground, holding the wound as tight as he could. Castro ducked behind the jeep, hoping that he wouldn't get shot. Damnit, he thought to himself, and we were so closing to leaving. It was then that he remember the Stick Grenade hanging off of his belt. He pulled it off, and poked his head out from behind the jeep. Two shots came towards him, and he quickly ducked back into cover. He pulled the grenade's pin, and gave it a toss. A second later, the grenade exploded, sending shrapnel right through the gunman's body, and shredding him up like newspaper.
Castro got out from behind the jeep to inspect the damage. The body was damanged in such a way that description would make someone vomit. Che had finally got up to his feet, and took a look at his partner's handywork. "Nob bad." Che replied. "Now, fire that jeep up, and let's get moving!"
