United States Secret Service vs Federal Protective Services of Russia

Beginning Analysis: What happen when two of the top bodyguard organizations go head to head? Read on to see who...is...deadliest!?

United States Secret Service Quick Bio

The United States Secret Services are some of the most impressive bodyguards that have ever come out of the U.S. First founded July 5, 1865, the USSS was originally created to suppress the counterfeiting of American currency. It wasn't until 1894 when then began protecting the President (President Cleveland to be exact), and even then it was only part time protection. The Secret Service began full time protection of the President in 1901, after the assassination of President McKinley. Today, the USSS maintains it's job to protect the President, while still keeping an eye on counterfeiting and fraud within and outside the United States. Yet, the job of the Secret Service expanded one again after 9/11 to include electronic criminal activity (hacking, identify theft, etc...). Now, the USSS is in charge of three distinct jobs, and they show no waivering in the line of duty.

Federal Protective Services of Russia Quick Bio

For being a (relatively) young organizaion, the Federal Protective Services of Russia is also one of the toughest. Formed in 1996, the FSO is the revived security force that was once tied to the KGB's Ninth Chief Directorate, an organization that protected members of the Communist Party and their families. The FSO's duties in this day and age are pretty much the same (minus the whole Communism thing). They are still involved in the protection of internationally protected persons, other very important persons, and-or state property of significance, as well as darker things like conducting searches and surveillance without warrants, make arrests, and give orders to other state agencies.

Medium Range: PP-93 Submachine Gun
Long Range: PP90M1 Submachine Gun
Fighting Style: Systema Martial Arts

Who Got The Edge
Glock 19 vs GSh-18: Both pistols get the edge. The Glock 19 can go from semi to full-auto (the G19's full-auto firing rate is 1100 to 1200 rounds a minute, while the GSh-18 is a semi-auto only), and can accept a variety of clip sizes (the G19 can accept 10, 15, and 17 round clips, while the GSh-18 only takes 18 round clips), while the GSh-18 has a very slightly longer barrel (103mm compared to the G19's barrel length of 102mm), and is lighter when unloaded (weighs 580g when unloaded, while the G19 weighs 595g unloaded).
Magpul FMG-9 vs PP-93: The PP-93 gets the edge. The Magpul is still in the prototype stage, and not much has been released to the public (perhaps in an effort to keep the info on it secret in case someone is spying). The PP-93, on the other hand, has a 600 to 800 round a minute firing rate, can take 20 or 30 round clips, can fire up to 100 meters, and has the option to screw on a silencer.
Ruger MP-9 vs PP90M1: Both submachine guns get the edge. The Ruger MP-9 has a higher rate of fire (550 to 600 rounds a minute, while the PP90M1 fires up to 500 rounds a minute), while the PP90M1 weighs less (weighs 1.7kg when empty, while the MP-9 weighs 3kg when empty), has a higher ammo capacity (takes 32-round straight clips and 64-round helical magazine, while the MP-9 takes 32-round clips), a longer barrel (200mm, while the MP-9 has a barrel length of 173mm), and a greater effective range (fires up to 200 meters, while the MP-9 fires from 50 to 100 meters).
CQC vs Systema: Both fighting styles get the edge. They both require nerves of steel, an immense amount of courage, and are very generalized in terms of training and moves.

Common Quality
High-Quality Service: Both of these warrior offer some of the top protection in the entire world. The United States Secret Service is perhaps the best protection agency within the United States. There has been very few incidences (that have been made public) where there were failures, but the USSS is feared by counterfeiters and those that would attack U.S. officials and the President. The FSO, despite being a much younger organization, is also an organization that prides itself on the reputation of it's members. When the president of Russia (or any other high ranking political figure) is out of the country, chances are a few FSO bodyguards are at his side 24/7.

Setup
It was a cold afternoon at the White House. A gentle snow was coming down, covering up everything in a pure white. As the snow was falling down, President Obama was standing in his office, looking out the window at the weather. Today was going to be rather stressful, as Vladimir Putin was coming to the White House to talk about reducing the nuclear arms of their respective countries. Mr. Obama wasn't necessarily wanting to meet Mr. Putin, as the circumstances seemed a bit rushed. However, Obama didn't want to be seen by the public as weak, and thus decided to meet with Putin.
There was a knock on the door to the office, and Obama called out to whoever it was.
"Who is it?"
"It's George sir." the voice replied.
"Excellent, come in." said Obama. George walked right, and shook the President's hand.
"Mr. President, Vladimir Putin and his escort have arrived." said George.
"Thank you." Obama replied with a sigh. "Has everything in the meeting room been prepared?"
"Everything has been setup." spoke George. "I've left two of my men inside to keep an eye on things, and I have two more of my men waiting for us outside in the hall."
"Then let's get going." Obama replied. Obama and his bodyguard walked to the office's door, George opened it, and the President walked out. He was greeted by the other two bodyguards, who promptly stood up straight, and gave him a salute. Obama simply nodded his head, and proceeded down the hall. The two bodyguards immediately followed him, while George closed the office door, and followed after them.
4 minutes later, they arrived at the meeting room, and were greeted the other two bodyguards, as well as Putin and two of his own men standing on each of his sides. There was a table between the two chairs, and on it were two cups of tea and the teapot.
"Mr. Putin, glad you could make it today." said Obama.
Putin nodded as Obama sat down in his chair. When he sat down, one of Obama's bodyguards handed him a folder of paper, containing information on the nuclear armaments of the United States and Russia. Once he had the folder, the President dismissed one of his guards, and Putin did the same.
"President Obama, I'm quite surprised that you wanted to speak with me today." said Putin as he picked up his tea. "Over the phone, you sounded a bit reluctant to accept."
Obama sipped his cup of tea, and placed it back onto the table. "I won't lie." he said. "I didn't necessarily want to have a meeting today. My kids had a school play today, and my wife wanted to go out to dinner."
"Those things can wait." said Putin as he waved his hand. "Right now this weapon problem needs to be fixed. If something isn't done, then..."
"Then what?" asked Obama. "You seem strangely concerned about our nuclear weapons. Is there something you're not telling me, or something you're planning?"
Putin had a nervous look over his face. Sweat was starting to come down his face, and his left hand was shaking as he tried to wipe the sweat off. He was just about to speak, when bullets started flying through the door. One landed right in the head of Putin's bodyguard, and he stumbled back over a chair, smashing it in the process.

Obama quickly looked back at the body, then ducked behind the table that got knocked over in the scuffle. His bodyguard came right over, and checked to see if his charge was okay.
"Mr. President, we need to get out of here!" the bodyguard yelled.
"I concur." replied Obama. "However, I think we should leave when the gunfire stops coming in here."
The President's bodyguard just nodded. As luck would have it, the gunfire stopped coming in, and the two immediately ran right through the ruined door. Just outside was Obama's entire escort, who seemed very surprised by the sudden attack.
"George, what's going on?" asked a shocked Obama.
"I'm not sure." George replied. "One moment, we're just standing up here, and Putin's bodyguards are down there, then all of a sudden, they start firing at us!"
Obama took a quick peek inside the meeting room to see if Putin was still there, but all that could be found was a large, broken window. He was hoping that Putin was hear just to talk about nuclear weapons, but there was a thought nagging him in the back of his head that suggested to him that he was here for more sinister purposes.
"Mr. Obama, we should get out of here immediately." said one of the other bodyguards.
"I agree with that." the President replied. "George, lead the way."
The group formed a star pattern around the President, and they began walking down the hallway. As they were walking away from the ruined meeting room, Obama became concerned about his wife Michelle and his two kids. He was hoping that Putin was attacking only him and not his family. Only time would tell.
Obama and his bodyguards were now on the bottom floor of the White House, and the first thing they noticed was that there was absolutely nobody around. The electricity was still going and everything was still nice and clean, but there was noone to be seen. Whether it was because they heard the gunfire or not, they didn't know.
They were about to exit the front door, when Putin's bodyguards arose from cover on the floor above them, and unleashed streams of lead down on the group. George pushed the President out the door, as he and the other bodyguards immediately started firing back. One bodyguard got a lucky shot in on one of Putin's men, as a few round from his Ruger MP-9 went right through the heart. Putin's man dropped his gun, and stumbled over the balcony, falling down onto the stone floor and cracking his head right open.

The Russians continued firing, perhaps a little more furiously after seeing one of their own get killed. As George and the other bodyguards began creeping towards the front door, one of the Russians reloaded a magazine into his strange PP90M1, and just stood right up and unleashed hell. George managed to go through the door, as did two other bodyguards. Unfortunately, the other bodyguards that stayed behind did not fare better. One of them got bullets riddled all over his body, and died instantly. The other bodyguard got a bullet that went just to the right of his heart, and he slumped right against the wall.

The Russians ran down the stairs, reloading their guns in the process. Before they could exit the White House, the wounded bodyguard pulled out his Glock 19, and began firing off the entire clip at the Russians. He managed to kill one of them, just as he got a bullet wizzing through his spinal cord, ruining any chance of getting to live again.

Obama and the rest of the bodyguards were running towards the limousine, which was waiting right in front of the gate. They were about to open the gate, when the two surviving Russians started firing at them again. Obama got in the back, and George and one of the bodyguards got in front, while the remaining bodyguard got lead sprayed into his chest. The bullets caused his heart to explode, and shredded his lungs, which caused him to slam against the limo.

Obama, George, and the other bodyguard could hear the bullets hitting the vehicle. George turned the key, but the engine didn't start up. He tried a few more times, but it just wouldn't work. Obama tapped on the window between him and his bodyguards, trying to figure out what was going on.
"George, why isn't the car working!?" the President asked loudly.
"The engine isn't working." George replied. "The Russians must have rigged the car. We..."
A bullet suddenly came through the passenger window, and went into the bodyguard that was sitting in the passenger seat's brain. Blood and brain matter spreaded all over the the front of the limousine, with most of it getting over George.

George wiped off some of the bodily fluids, and picked up his Magpul FMG-9. He unfolded the gun, and fired out of the blood soaked window. His accuracy and viewpoint wasn't the best, but firing his gun regardless. Through a stroke of luck, a couple of his shots knocked the gun out of one of the Russian's hand, and some of the other shots went right into the other's chest.

George continued firing, when the Magpul suddenly jammed. Obama just tapped him on the shoulder, saying that "The gun isn't worth it. We need to get out of here!"
George dropped the gun, and the two exited the wrecked limousine. They made their way across the street, and the Russian continued shooting at them until his PP90M1 ran out of bullets. The Russian just dropped the submachine gun, and pulled out his GSh-18 pistol and gave chase.
Meanwhile, Obama and his bodyguard George were running down the street, trying to find the nearby safehouse. The Russian, meanwhile, was shooting at their feet with his pistol. The shots just bounced off the concrete sidewalk, and landed into random traffic lights and bushes. The two were near an alleyway, when the Russian managed to shoot George right in his left leg. President Obama tried to help him up, but all George did was direct his charge to hide in the alleyway. Obama went right in, and hid behind a dumpster. For a while, the only noises he heard were those of the city: the cars, the people, etc. Finally, after a few minutes, he could hear a loud bang at the entrance to the alleyway.
Obama got out of hiding, and saw that George, his most trusted bodyguard & friend, dead on the sidewalk. The Russian also happened to be dead, and was covered in the trash from a can that he knocked over as he fell back into. As he grieved at the loss of both lives, Putin walked up to him, and tried to start up a conversation.
"So...how about a truce?"
Obama stood silent for a moment, then extended his right hand. "Sure, why not." he replied plainly.
