N.Y.P.D. vs Russian Police

Beginning Analysis: What happens when American & Russian law enforcement go head to head? Read on to see who...is...deadliest!?

N.Y.P.D.
Short Range: Riot Stick
Medium Range: MP5 Submachine Gun
Long Range: M16 Assault Rifle (M16A4 model)
Special: Pepper Spray

Russian Police
Short Range: Riot Shield
Medium Range: OTs-02 Kiparis Submachine Gun
Long Range: AK-107 Assault Rifle
Special: Tear Gas

Who Got the Edge
Riot Stick vs Riot Shield: The Riot Shield gets the edge. It can protect the user from all sorts of ballistic & physical attacks, and also provides a relatively decent offense to those who get too close.
MP5 Submachine Gun vs OTs-02 Kiparis Submachine Gun: Both submachine guns get the edge. The MP5 has a longer barrel than the Kiparis (225mm compared to 156mm), but the Kiparis has a greater firing rate (600 to 900 rounds a minute, compared to the MP5's firing rate of 800 rounds a minute), lower unloaded weight (1.57kg compared to the MP5's unloaded weight of 2.54kg), and clip size (the Kiparis can take 20 or 30 round clips, while the MP5 takes only 15 or 30 round clips).
M16 Assault Rifle vs AK-107 Assault Rifle: The M16 gets the edge. It has a longer barrel (508mm compared to the AK-107's barrel length of 415mm), a slightly lower unloaded weight (3.4kg compared to the AK-107's unloaded weight of 3.8kg), and a greater firing rate (700 to 950 rounds a minute, compared to the AK-107's firing rate of 850 rounds a minute).
Pepper Spray vs Tear Gas: Tear Gas gets the edge. Although both are non-lethal deterents, Pepper Spray is only designed to disable one person at a time, whereas Tear Gas can disable entire crowds of people.

Setup
"Are you kidding me!?" shouted Officer Baker. "Live fire training! what the hell are the higher ups thinking!?"

"I know, I know." responded Officer Johnson. "Apparently, some of the higher ups think that we aren't tough enough to handle law enforcement these days. Some much so, they made a bet with the Russians."
"What?" asked Officer Baker. "How does that **** work out?"
"Get in the car, and I'll tell you on the way there." responded Officer Johnson.
Both officer got in the police car, with Officer Baker riding shotgun. Officer Johnson turned the key, and the vehicle roared to life. With a push of the gas, both members of N.Y.P.D. sped off to their destination.
Once they were on the road, Officer Baker turned around, and noticed a pile of weapons in the back of the car. Some M16s, a couple MP5s, a few Riot Sticks, and even a can or two of Pepper Spray. Surprised, Officer Baker turned back around to talk with Officer Johnson.
"You mind telling me what going on now?" asked Officer Baker impatiently. "You said you'd tell me what's going on once we got into the car."
Officer Johnson was sipping his coffee when Officer Baker was talking. He placed it back in the cup holder, then started talking.
"As I said earlier, some of the higher ups made a bet with the Russian Police. They said that if we won, we have the Russians work for us for a year. If we lose, then that should be obvious."
"You're joking, right?" asked Officer Baker.
"If I was, I'd sound a lot more serious." Officer Johnson responded. "Don't get too worked up. Besides, we got some backup on this one."
Officer Baker simply knodded, then closed his eyes as he and Officer Johnson rode off to what may be their deaths. Hopefully, they could show off what the N.Y.P.D. does best: kicking ass & fighting crime.
5 minutes later, and both officers arrived at an abandoned shipping yard. At the front gate was another police car, with 3 officers standing outside. They seemed to as surprised and anxious as Officer Baker was. Officer Johnson pulled up right next to the second police car, and stopped it. He and Officer Baker promptly got out, and went right over to the other officers. One of them (a rather tall individual) immediately began speaking.
"Hey there, my name's Officer Howard. That's Officer Ramieres with the bagel, and that's Officer Vasques right next to him."
Officer Johnson promptly shook Officer Howard's hands. "Nice to meet you. I'm Officer Johnson, and this individual right next to me is Officer Baker. It seems that you're our backup in this little matter?"
"Yes sir." responded Officer Howard. "We want to represent the N.Y.P.D., just like you."
"Good." said Officer Johnson. "I brought the guns and stuff. Why don't you guys take first pick, and Officer Baker and I will look through what's left."
"Come on guys, let's do this!" Officer Howard shouted, waiving over Officer Ramieres & Vasques as he was walking over to the car. They started shuffling through the implements of death that were at their disposal: Officers Vasques & Howard took M16's, while Officer Ramieres took one of the MP5s, a Riot Stick, and one of the cans of Pepper Spray. Once they got what they wanted, they headed towards the gate, and Officer Johnson & Baker looked through what's left. Officer Johnson took the M16 and the other Riot Stick, while Officer Baker was stuck with the last MP5 and can of Pepper Spray.
"Okay guys, let's do this." Officer Johnson said as he cocked his M16. "Let's show these Russians what the N.Y.P.D. can do." The officers opened the gate, and walked right into the shipping yard.
The shipping yard had an eerie aura surrounding it. As the five officers were walking through, they could still smell fresh fish, and salt as the wind breezed through. Next to the decaying docks was a old fishing boat, still afloat after all these years. Officer Howard noticed an old rusted sign near some barrels as they were getting to the loading dock. He walked right over, picked it up, and dusted it off.
"Hey, I remember this place." he said happily. "It's the old Hagelman's Fishing Company. My uncle used to..."
Before Officer Howard could finish his sentence, a loud bang echoed through the shipping yard, and a bullet went right between his eyes. His body fell to the ground with an unexciting thump.

"Spread out, Spread Out!" Officer Johnson yelled out. Officers Ramierez and Vasques ducked behind a stack of old crates, while Officer Johnson and Officer Baker got to some old metal barrels, and layed low.
"I didn't sign up for this ****." Officer Vasques growled.
"Neither did I, but you don't hear me complaining." responded Officer Johnson. "Vasques, draw that bastard out."
"On it." responded Officer Vasques. He got out from cover, and began to draw out their attacker. A couple seconds later, and Vasques saw the individual who shot Officer Howard. His M16 was raised, and the iron sights were right on the target's head. "Perfect." Officer Vasques said as he pulled the trigger.

Vasques's target fell to his knees, then slumped to the roof. The other officers got out of cover, and stood right next to Officer Vasques, congratulating him on his shot.
"Looks like the Russians got here before we did." spoke Officer Baker.
"Seems it." Officer Johnson responded. "Let's keep moving, and be sure to watch out for anything unusual."
The four officers proceeded into the loading dock, looking for any more signs of the Russians who got to the area before they did. One they got inside, they saw that one of the old desks held up a laptop, which was still on. Looking around, the officers saw nothing out of the ordinary. Officer Johnson sat down, and began to access it for any sliver of information.
Officer Vasques began looking over Officer Johnson's shoulder. "Find anything?" he asked.
Officer Johnson slammed the laptop shut. "No." he responded. "Everything is coded in friggen Russian. Any of you guys know how to read the language?"
The other officers knodded their heads in a negative response.
"Then, screw it!" Officer Johnson yelled. "Looks like we'll have to find them the old fashioned way. Let's move out!"
As the four officers began to exit the building, two metal canisters dropped from the ceiling, and began to emit a white gas. The officer began to cough & tear up.
"Tear Gas!" Officer Johnson yelled. "Everybody get out!"
Officers Vasques, Ramieres, and Baker ran right out of the loading dock. Officer Johnson, however, got a little too much of the tear gas in his lungs. Before he could do anything, a Russian Police officer stepped up right behind him, and killed him with a single shot to the head.

Officer Baker turned around just as the gunshot went off. "Son of a *****!!" he yelled. "He was the one one who knew what the hell was going on. What the **** are we supposed to do now?"
"The first thing we're going to do is calm the hell down." responded Officer Vasques. "Let's all just take a step back, and breathe."
As the three N.Y.P.D. officers were getting back in their groove, a Russian Police officer was creeping up behind them, armed with an OTs-02 Kiparis, the premiere submachine gun for the Russian Police. He was getting closer and closer, until he accidentaly kicked an old rusted can, alerting the N.Y.P.D. officers of his presence. Officer Baker was the first to spot him, and promptly filled his target full of lead with his MP5. Even Officer Vasques & Officer Ramieres were surprised by Officer Baker's reaction.

N.Y.P.D.: 3/Russian Police: 3

"Damn, I didn't think the new guy had it in him." Officer Ramieres said.
"Yeah, me too." Officer Vasques replied.
Officer Baker turned to face the two officers, all the while still tightly gripping his MP5. "Well, are we going to stand here with thumbs up our asses, or are we going to finish this up?" he spoke.
Ramieres & Vasques simply nodded, and began trailing Officer Baker as he started walking away. After what just happend, the two policemen had a new level of respect for their commrade.
The three officers were now making their way towards the refridgerating & canning building. To this day, it was still a little chilly, and the ruins still faintly smelled of fish. The old wooden doors in the front were completely rotted off, and were broken on the ground. The rusted hinges were still attacked to the building, holding on for dear life. Officer Ramieres walked right up to the opening, and poked his head inside.
"I think we should take a look in here." spoke Officer Ramieres. "There might be something inside."
Officer Vasques & Officer Baker both nodded in agreement, and followed Officer Ramieres inside. The three policemen were surprised by how large the interior was. There were definately a few places were somebody could hide. A few streams of light were shining through the boarded-up windows, illuminated the dust floating through the air.
"Alright guys, lets keep our eyes open." spoke Officer Ramieres. "There's still a couple Russians around, and I don't want to..."
A bullet right through his neck cut him off before he could finish speaking.

N.Y.P.D.: 2/Russian Police: 3

Officer Vasques & Officer Baker ducked behind a canning table as the gunshots went off. They could see two Russians policemen on the catwalk above them, firing down upon them with AK-107s. If there was a third one, they couldn't spot him.
"This is ********!!" Officer Vasques said, ducking out of cover, and taking a couple shots off with his M16. Miracuously, he managed to hit both Russian policemen, killing them almost instantly.

N.Y.P.D.: 2/Russian Police: 1

"Damn." Officer Baker responded. "That was some good shooting."
"Thanks." replied Officer Vasques. "Hunting deer back on my uncle's farm reminded me of what's going on right now. The only difference is that I can set these guys up on my wall."
"Let's get out of here then." spoke Officer Baker. "There's only one left, and there's two of us."
As if on que, the last Russian Police officer popped out of the closet, and shot Officer Vasques right in the back as they were exiting. His body immediately fell to the floor, and blood started pooling up around his corpse.

N.Y.P.D.: 1/Russian Police: 1

Officer Baker quickly turned around, and saw the last Russian policeman right behind him. He was wearing a Riot Shield on his left arm, and was holding a Kiparis in his right hand. He let out two more shots, one of which managed to hit Officer Baker right in the shoulder, causing him to drop his MP5. He quickly grasped the wound, and headed right out of the building.
Hiding just in front of the building's entrance, Officer Baker could hear his attacked walking towards him. Quickly, he grasped the can of Pepper Spray, and waited for his assailant to come to him. As soon as the Russian stepped outside, he was greeted with a caustic spray to the eyes. The pain was enough that he dropped his Kiparis, and started to rub his eyes to alleviate the pain. Meanwhile, his Riot Shield was greeting by blows coming from Officer Baker's Riot Stick. A couple seconds later, and he swung at Officer Baker, sending him down the small flight of stairs. Stunned for a moment, Officer Baker immediately ran away from the building as soon as he saw the Russian go back for his Kiparis.
A minute later, and Officer Baker ducked behind a crate to catch his breath. The bullet wound in his shoulder was still causing him some discomfort. Biting down, he stuck two fingers into the hole, and pulled out the bullet. As soon as the lead piece came out, Officer Baker let out a small yelp. This allerted the Russian policeofficer to his position, who started taking potshots at the crate.
It was at this moment that Officer Baker saw a black armored car to his right. Immediately, he started running towards it. A few seconds later, he got to the back of it, and opened the doors. Inside was an impressive selection of guns, and even some body armor. He climbed inside, and saw a nice Spas-12 in one of the holsters. As he went to grab it, a hail of bullets went right through his body. He slumped  to the floor, and flopped around for a moment, until his body became deathly still.
